OF THE VENTURA ANIME CLUB Ventura College
ARTICLE
I Membership
Application form will be filled out and them submitted &
dues to the Club Secretary for Immediate approval. Full
Status Active Membership entitles you to Vote on next year's
elections and access to the Club Library Tapes.
Also included is Club sponsored trips and events. Members
who do not return club property, i.e. Library Tapes. Shall
& will have there Membership Revoked and dues will be
used to replace said Library Tapes.
ARTICLE
II Committees
Executive Committee will be a permanently standing body.
All other committees will be formed on ad-hoc basis. All
yearly elected Club Officers are automatically on the Executive
Committee. Executive Committee has the power to change the
Club Constitution, but must do so before the first meeting
of the school year. They must also decide the yearly dues
before the first meeting of the school year.
ARTICLE III Financial Provisions
Dues will be the amount of 10 dollars for every school year,
and made payable to the Club Secretary during the submission
of the Club Membership Form. Then all membership dues will
then be turned over to the Club Treasurer for record &
book keeping.
ARTICLE
IV Notice of Meetings
Members will be notifies via Email, Club Flyers, Posters
and ads in the School Newspaper throughout the School Year.
ARTICLE
V Elections
Time of elections, Shall be held on the last meeting in
December. Any Full Active Member may nominate another. Voting
for each individual position will then take place with the
show of hands. If the Membership is too large for this then
Voting Forms shall be used.
ARTICLE
VI Amendments
These By-Laws may be amended in the same manner as prescribed
for the Constitution.
ARTICLE
VII Acceptance Clause
These By-Laws Ventura Anime Club, were approved by a 2/3
vote of the membership at Ventura College.
